About Yousef Al Shelash
Entrepreneur and Chairman of Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Company (Dar Al- Arkan), Yousef A. Al-Shelash is a successful entrepreneur. In addition, he is Chairman of the Saudi Home Loan Company (SHL) in Saudi Arabia and the Bank Alkhair in Bahrain. His academic background includes a Master of Science in Law and Legal Procedures from the Institute of Public Administration Al Riyadh and a Bachelor of Science in Shariah from the Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University.
Furthermore, Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash has extensive experience in investment banking, real estate, and strategic planning. His company, Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, was founded in 1994, and he is its Chairman. Since its founding in 2004, he has served on the board of Bank Al Khair - Bahrain as its Chairman. In addition, he has served as Chairman of Saudi Home Loans Company (SHL) since it was established in 2008. Founded in 2009, the company has been led by the Boards Chairman since then.
He is also the founder, partner, and manager of many businesses engaged in real estate and financial activities both in and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition, he has diplomas in banking and fighting financial crime, as well as formal training in finance and investment evaluation.
From Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, he earned a bachelors degree in Islamic law (sharia). During 1992 and 1994, he earned diplomas in law and legal proceedings from the Institute of Public Administration and the Banking Institute of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
